These guys are consistent, informative and trustworthy. This transaction took over a month or so to get done. Mr. Chumley kept in touch and fairly often, but in away that wasn’t worry-sum. He understood my situation in which I had to get my reimbursement in order to precede with the sale. Once that happened he was very professional. I would and already have recommended him to some of my friends whom are possibly looking to purchase a new vehicle themselves.

95 days and $1,700 later and the truck is still broken. Good luck getting intouch with anybody. They will promise to call back soon and won't. Absolute garbage customer service. Save yourself the headache and by a Ford or Toyota.

I will NEVER take my car there again. I have a 2020 impala. Air conditioning issue (evaporator line). Dropped car off at 7:30am on Monday. Warranty claim wasn't filed until Tuesday afternoon. Now, here it is, Friday, I'm still without my car and no updates. Service manager Carl Grier is screening calls. Now he's unavailable. It is ridiculous! In my entire 60 years, I’ve never had a worse experience at a car dealership. I had my car towed in with only an electrical problem. 5 months later I had it towed out with a broken window, radiator, battery and paint and body damage - still not running. I took it to my local dealership and they had it running fine in 10 Days. BEWARE OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT and the General Manager - Jason Wilson.
The service department is the worst. My mom brought her car to be serviced. The service advisor Erica Jones has no customer service skills at all. She did not call my mother to tell her how long the car would be there or what the actual issue is with the car. She is never in place to answer the phone nor calls back when messages are left. This dealership has the WORST service department I have ever been to. I purchased a Chevy Malibu from them in March of 2020. In February 2021 my check engine light came on with an air intake code and they told me the bolts just needed to be tightened. The light went off for about a week then came back on. This time they told me the filter needed to be changed to a GM filter (after I had just gotten it replaced) and have the throttle body cleaned, the light came right back on 2 months later with the same code. I previously paid $1,866.26 for a heater core replacement. I had to take it back to Captiol Chevrolet to get it right because my A/C was still leaking. It was in the service dept for another 2 days and I was told that the technician drove my car for miles and it was no longer leaking. This is the worst service department. My car was towed to capital Chevrolet montgomery 2months ago because of low antifreeze in the radiator. I told them I had to add water and antifreeze . All I needed was for them to check to see where the antifreeze was going and the message on the dashboard stated turn engine off over heating. I asked if they can do a diagnostic check. This was the third time I'd brought my 2019 Silverado in for the "Brake System Malfunctioning Warning" recall. I was frustrated to say the least by having to come in again and wait for the repair.
